The communication of your arrival and any special needs is very important because it allows us to carry out a tailor-made check in for you as much as possible!

Arrival and departure

The centre of Florence is located in a limited traffic area also called ZTL. This means that the historic centre is closed to cars every day, to preserve the beauty of the city. When you have booked, by confirming your arrival by car you will receive instructions for your arrival in the city with the correct exit from the motorway! Follow our directions, we are better than the navigator is!

It is important to go to our partner garage to allow you to park near your apartment, without risk of fines, even if you enter the centre with the ZTL active. The garage is: Garage Tintori, in Corso Tintori 35r and the Garage Europa in Borgo Ognisanti 96.

We collaborate with several car parks in order to always offer you the closest parking space to the apartment you have booked. Prices range from € 26 to € 65 depending on the size of the vehicle. By showing the email we will send you upon your arrival, the agreed prices are applied only for our guests.

The check-in time is from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm and will take place directly at the apartment or in case of arrival by car at the nearest garage, from which we will reach the apartment together. Tell us a few days before your arrival time to allow us to make a well organised reception, tailored exactly to your needs.

If the apartment is available and the request has been made, we will be happy to welcome you to our apartment at a time other than the standard one.

If you are unable to reach the apartment before 8.00 pm, do not worry, you can still check in, the supplement will be €50, always keep us informed about your possible delays, it will allow us to welcome you in the best possible way.

You can leave the apartment by 10.00 in the morning.

Any variation from the checkout time must be agreed, but we will be happy to accommodate you if possible.

If notified the day before, we will be happy to book a taxi directly from the apartment at the time you decide. Remember to send a message the day before your departure to request the service.

When you leave the apartment, check that all the lights, air conditioning and / or heating are off. Make sure you have thrown away the garbage in the appropriate container in the street communicated to you on arrival. Leave the apartment in the best condition, to help us prepare it better and faster for the next guests. At check-out leave the keys on the table and send us a picture with a goodbye message.

If something does not work, call the number you will find in the apartment and we will be with you as soon as possible.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, the smell of smoke remains everywhere and is difficult to eliminate.

Accommodation in an apartment is very different from that in a hotel and cleaning is provided at a variable cost described in the description of the apartment chosen at the end of your stay. In the case of stays longer than ten days, a change of linen is expected to be agreed upon your arrival.

No. Even small pets are not allowed in our apartments.


Payment for the stay is made in two stages, 30% of the total amount by immediate bank transfer as a deposit to reserve the dates and the remainder upon arrival in cash or by credit card. In case of a non-functioning card upon arrival and no other payment option, it will not be possible to stay.

Non-refundable booking: in cases where there are special non-refundable offers, you can make the payment directly at the time of booking by bank transfer.

Once you enter the apartment, you will be asked for the documents to be able to carry out the standard registration:
– Identity cards and / or passports of all guests.
– Tax code for Italian citizens who need an invoice.
– Address of the invoice holder.

By booking from our site, you can cancel or change the dates of your stay as follows:
– Standard booking: you can cancel or change your booking up to seven days before arrival without penalty. Otherwise, we will charge you the amount equivalent to the first night of stay and half of the following days.
– Non-refundable booking: you will not be able to change your booking.

Each apartment is equipped with all the linen necessary to enjoy your stay to the fullest: towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen linen. There is no change of towels and linen during the stay. For stays longer than 10 days you can agree a linen change.

At the moment, no apartment has a lift, but the floor is shown in the details of each apartment.

Upon arrival, you are given all the important information related to the apartment in which you will stay. You are free to use the hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven as well as a real, fully equipped kitchen! I recommend, once the washing machine is finished, wait three minutes before opening the door. We also recommend that you do not use all the appliances together, otherwise the lights may trip, if there are two bathrooms with showers in the apartment, use them one at a time, the pressure will be better and the shower will be more pleasant.

In the apartment, you will always find a fast Wi-Fi connection. You will find the password inside the apartment.

You will not find any basic cooking ingredients, but certainly a well-equipped kitchen.

The appliances in the apartment are described in the details of each of them. You will surely find a hairdryer inside the apartment and detergent for washing machines and dishwashers. In the case of longer stays, the supply will be designed for your first days.

In your apartment, you will find a courtesy kit containing soap and shampoo.

The apartments are not equipped with a safe.
